SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is typically a single small rate box. Most everything is shipped USPS or UPS, DHL for international. Shipping costs for a small company such as this one are hard to absorb, this cost will be an addition to the purchase price.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final, custom orders may not be returned because a slight "thing" is not what was expected. Much of this type work is craftsman style based and if you have reached out for one of my knives then something in my style of blade agrees with your liking of how a knife should be. Warranty for craftsmanship is 100% refund or replacement of the product. Failure in natural materials is rare, but a possibility with our products, when this occurs each case will be evaluated. Obvious abuse of a blade is not covered.
